Hi,
you can test SOAP to * scenario using tools like XML spy.
just save your WSDL file (with proper SOAP communication URL) to local machine.
Open the XML spy-in the menu click on SOAP-> Create new SOAP request--and provide the saved wsdl file.
then again click on the SOAP (in Menu) and send the request...
Also if you face any problem or get any Error then go with this blog to trouble shoot the SOAP adapters.
