"Subject" area is missing in the activity monitor

Hi Gurus..

I'm have a problem... in crm_dno_monitor the Subject is missing.. , when open the message it is available, but not appear in monitor.

Verified the Note 807044 - "Subject" area is missing in the activity monitor, but is obsolete. My SP is : SAPKU50009 (BBPCRM 500 level 09)

It is a variant screen problem.

We applied this note but the problem still persist..

Hey Claudenir,

After application of note, you have change the layout. After selecting appropiatate fields from the layout, you can see the Subject.

Did you change the layout ??

There is option on the application bar to do this..

In Transaction Monitor colums this field appear correctly...but my problem is when I go to Service Message screen ...appear only the fields : Priority, Category and Ext. Reference No. on screen right side ...

Hey Claudenir,

This note will help you.

Remember subject profile consists of catalogue, codes and so on.

And it's this "codes" that is visible in the dropdown of subject field in transaction type SLFN.

Note 1058960 - Enhancing the monitor display: Catalog/Code, Installed Base.
