Hi,

IMG > SD > Basic functions > Free goods, here you can do all settings for free goods regarding pricing etc. While in VBN1 you need to maintain the free goods condition records (exclusive/inclusive)

In terms of IMG configuration it would be :

IMG> Sales and distribution > Basic functions> free goodsods

Do u mean to say how a product can have free goods in an order?

We can do it this in two ways.

one way is using BOM and another way in through sales order zero pricing.

You can maintain the promotional free goods in VK11. By defining the promotional period you will obtain desired results.
