Error CRTD is active ,while creating Confirmation.

SRM Guru,

There is one goods PO with cost assignment as WBS element in ordered status.While creating confirmation locally against this PO,it give error as "System status CRTD is active ( WBS ********)" and " System status INCM is active( conf#30000013544)". I checked the WBS element is active in backend R/3 but it has not been maintained in SRM system.Generally INCM status means that document in not completed,but here I am not able to find what is incomplete in this confirmation.

Please give your reason where this error generally occurs.

Hi

Status <b>CRTD</b> for WBS element means that it has been <b>created</b>. But once created, the WBS element has to be <b>released</b> (status code <b>REL</b>). Then only you can post confirmation for respective WBS elements. Check in your R3 system and release the WBS element.

No need to maintain WBS elements in SRM system.
