It's me again...
I'm just asking questions with regards to archiving, How can i be able to locate path to be edited (under t-code sara) in which i can share the files from unix to windows. What are the steps in editing the said path?
Dear Dwight,
Archive files are stored in the file system under a physical path and file name that is derived from a user-definable logical path or file name. The definition can be divided into the following steps:
Definition of the logical path name
Definition of the logical file name
Assignment of the logical fine name for the archiving object
The system uses the logical file name ARCHIVE_DATA_FILE and the path name ARCHIVE GLOBAL PATH as defaults, which cover must cases. Consequently, the names only need to be changed if they have to be adjusted to meet special requirements.
