In file to Idoc if field/element in file structure does not have corresponding field in the Idoc structure for mapping? But we have to forward this then how can we solve this?
You have a field in the source structure but there is no corresponding filed in the idoc structure to which you can map it but still you have to pass the value. If this is the case, then you will have to enhance you idoc structure. which can be done by the abapers.

Create custom Idoc as per ur usage and ..pass the value..but this will become a big task..:-)

hi,
Either you have not mapped the Manadatory field or you need to re-import Idoc meta data in IR.
First check if you have mapped all manadatory field. Also assign constant "1" to field "Begin" of every manadatory segment.
check this link

Hope this will solve your problem.

use constants or mapwithdefault function if you have corresponding field at source and may not available at run time
