Hello,

Is it possible to store XI contents in NWDS (with DTR) ? For example, We have java files in archives (Integration Repository). We want to use the DTR, but what should we do to store all the java coding ?

Thx

hi ELLIOT,

Whats the use of that???as Mr. sasi said XI stores all the versions of objects for IR and ID.yes u can create Webservice and other stuff there and if you want to deploy the .EAR files, you can directly deploy from the NWDS.

With NWDS you can develope components for XI like java mapping, adapter modules and adapter using the correct packages.

look into these..might help u..

The Integration Builder supports object versioning for both the repository and for the directory using the user-specific change lists. You don't need another tool for that.

The DTR can be used for any java developments like mappings and adapter module development.

Thx for your answers,

so for mapping's and java modules, how do you integrate them in the DTR ? Do we need to export from XI to our local drive and import in DTR or is there any way to connect DTR & XI (mapping or module) so we don't need to use export/import ?

Thanks in advance.
