Error Msg: You cannot enter the unplanned service in ML81N

Dear all,

When I am capturing doing an entry service in trans. ML81N, I am getting the error SE323: You cannot enter the unplanned service. And yet, in the PO my limit has not been exceeded yet. How to resolve this issue?

Hi,

You have to run the program RMBESTK2 in tcode SE38.

and put 1 rs. in your overall limit in the purchase order.

Thanks for replying. How do I get the Service Line Items in ML81N? Even though there exists 3 service line items in the PO, out of which the last line has not yet been captured through ML81N yet, I am unable to see those line items in ML81N from which to select (and bypass the manual entry you suggested).

have you selected the service line items of your PO or you have entered manually.If you select the service line items with respect to your PO.You won't get this error.
