Alert Configuration

When i am clicking on Alert Configuration in RWB it'is asking the password for SAP Web AS..

Now i am not sure ...

1. About which password it is asking for..any default service user or J2EE_ADMIN

2. Even if i am providing the super user password it is throwing me out with error..and i can see the url is pointing to the port 80 not to the port 50000 used for accessing IR/ID.

Error coming up is :

<b>"Call of URL http://10.15.46.130:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/sxms_alertrules/main.do terminated due to error in logon data."</b>

Kindly come up with valuable thoughts and views...

The roles for the user are:

1. SAP_ALM_ADMINISTRATOR

2. SAP_ALM_CUSTOMIZER

3. SAP_BC_ALM_ALERT_USER

Hi Rawat,

I had the same error.

Go to SE80 ; package SXMSALERT ; BSP Library > BSP Applications > SXMS_AlertRules > Controller - double click in main.do component. Take a look in field URL. Check if the name of the application server is the same show in the Exchange Profile > runtime workbench > com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost parameter. Make sure these parameters has the same value.

After that, follow the note 813703 for display adjust.

Hi

You should give the same user and ped as you give for logging in to IR and ID.
