Hello all,
I am developing a webynpro application in NWDI SP16 which uses some external jar files. I know how to use external jars, using j2ee server component. But due to the bug in SP16, Im unable to deploy the jar files to the server. Our Build Server is SP16. As a workaround we can use some lower version of NWDS, say SP13 (I tried this successfully earlier) and then deploy it to WAS SP16. But as in JDI development, we've to build the DC before checking in, the jar files are not added to the METAINF file. Now I want to ask:
1) Can we check-in the activity without build (as my build server is SP16).
2) If not, how can we use external jar files in JDI where build server is SP16.

Hi Abhinav,
No you can check-in the activity without build and deploying.
1st test the Application locally if it works fine then check in. So that
Other people get the updated version.
