after restarting server and SAP it is giving error in system log that
TemSe software is not compatible with DD : UMGPMIG too many fi.
We have SAP 4.7 with Oracle 8i on AIX 5.1
Please help if anybody can.

Try upgrading your Kernel patch level... it worked for us atleast, after we upgraded to the latest avb. patch level
