once i enter purchase order and executed the MIGO it says PURCHASE ORDER HAS NO ITEMS

Go to ->me22n ->item->purchase order history
First you have to check weather this item received or not.
suppose this item alreay received in migo,display that your mentioned error.

Before Doing MIGO, you should release the PO in ME28...
