usually you can execute the script via RFC in the target system, no need to transport it.

There is some info in this help topic

Hi,

system data container.

When i create it will ask me Target system and RFC destination...

so what should i mention here.

And when should i go for Sm59(ie RFC creation).and after creation of RFC(SM59)

where should i mention this.

First create the RFC in SM59 & then mention it while creating the System Data Container.

Target system is obviously the system where u want the script to be run.

Agreed! Create in SM59 and select on SECATT script creation.

I have numerous SECATT in DEV pointing on our PROD systems. Our sessions in PROD usually times out so running it on DEV works quite well.
