VF04 - Default selection variant needed

Is there a way to create a default screen selection variant for VF04 that includes Sales org, distribution channel and shipping point?

Or is there another suggestion to prevent the guy in Australia from running the billing due list for the whole world (53 sales orgs) and then realizing his mistake - cancel everything for the world.?

Rest of world would be most grateful for solution.

We tried setting parameter ID's for the User and VF04 does not populate with the PID for sales org and shipping point, but VF04 still comes up blank

Thoughts? help?

Of course it should already be possible to set up authorization to limit sales organizations for a group of employees.

Further, if you would try to solve this problem with variants: try transaction SDH0 where you can make transaction variants.
