Can I extend License key evaluation

Hi Experts,

My system landscape is netweaver 2004s (MI 7.0 + was 7.0 +JAVA stack + abap stack + maxdb 7.6 ) of SP9. Actually this one is evaluated version, after using first one month I have extended it to another 3 months by getting the license key from SAP and installed succesfully. This extended license is going to expire in another 1 day. Now my query is

1. Can I extend J2E and NSP stacks for another 3 months by requesting the license key from SAP??

2. Also I am planning to upgrade from SP9 as some of things are not working fine like unable to find MI Template installer in Netweaver Administrator etc, but I am not sure which service pack is compatible with SP9, so could anyone please help me out by telling the list of things required to upgrade from sp9

3. Which service pack is most recent one and which is compatible with my landscape?

If possible please respond immediately as my license is going to expire in a day.

I have extended the licenses by installing the license keys which I got from SAP for both J2E and NSP.
