PI 7.0 Installation

Hi All,

We instaled PI 7.0 .after that i ttried T-code sxmb_ifr .it opens browser but showing this text <i><b><b>500 Internal Server Error</b></b></i> .

could any one tell me why this error comming and what is the solutions for this error.

check in SMICM to make sure the J2EE Engine is running.

In SMICM it showing Green .

In that case I would check the data in the exchange profile.

can you access http://server.fqdn:5<sysno>00/index.html

Hi, if u have installed PI you also did the post-installation steps?! Or simpler ran the Template Installer for PI?! if so forget this post!

You have an underlying problem with your J2EE engine.

You will need to check the trace/log files to asceration the problem.

You may get away with a restart... of both abap and J2EE.

In Exchange Profile take a look in these parameters below :

com.sap.aii.connect.repository.name ( Contains the hostname of the repository server )

com.sap.aii.connect.repository.httpport ( value : 5xx00 ; xx = system number )

com.sap.aii.connect.repository.contextroot (default value : rep )

com.sap.aii.connect.integrationbuilder.startpage.url ( default vale : rep/start/index.jsp )

The problem is that this is not loading to check, as there is an issue with the J2EE Enigne.

it worked fine after instalation,After that some backup failure happend thats why they restart the system and updated some patch also.from that time it is giving this Error message.

You will have to read through the log and trace files to get to the bottom of this.
