Text type on Confirmation header

Hi! Does anyone know whether it is possible to configure the text type on the Confirmation Header, under Documents?

Basically, we have turned on confirmation approval and if we reject a confirmation, we will be given a choice to enter the rejection reason code and some texts. I noticed that there are 2 text types - Internal Note and Rejection Notification. Ideally, it makes more sense to Rejection Notification. However, this is not the default text type on the screen and to make it more user friendly, we are hoping that we can change the default text type to Rejection Notification.

Appreciate any advice on the above.

You can change the description for the STandard Text in SPRO.

SPRO>SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT>CROSS APPLICATION SETTINGS-->TEXT SCHEMA

Sorry, I should have mentioned the SRM version that we are working on. It's SRM 3.0 or EBP 4.0. I couldn't find the text schema that you mentioned. I even search by the term 'text', 'text schema' and 'schema' but cannot find any that will help.
