object link in cproject

hello experts,

i want to connect cproject 4.0 to SAP DMS.

I have defined an object link also but it is not working.

does anybody have a detailed procedure How to create the document object in R/3 customization and connect it with cproject.

Please share any useful docs

Hi Shiv,

to grant from DMS side that allways the currenct screens and authorizations were

called please maintain also the value "1" into the "Authorization"

column. For further informations on this maintainance please see the

attached note 375452. It's important that you not enter the mentioned

screen number wihtout the leading "1" as this number is added

automatically by the system (e.g. object MARA 1201 maintain like MARA

201). You can do this in customizing under:

Transaction SPRO

> Cross-Application-Component

> Document Management

> Control Data

> Define screen for object links

If you need the dynpro number or object you will find all standard SAP

objects and their screen number in function module CV130 (Screens) by

transaction SE80. Please maintain all necessary SAP objects.

i have all settings under Cproj spro under connection to ext system.

Also in DMS for control screen,

i have entered 1 for authorization,

however im getting following error

<b>Communication error with source system of object type SAP DMS Document occurred</b>

I have maintained RFCs and defined proxy class for Document.

got info from BAsis that the RFC exists.

any inputs on this....

Hi

Im nw able to get New Tab in Cproject for SAP DMS which is from

CProj>Document>define object links for doc in DMS

when i try to create

Create New link for new DIR (w/o template)

following error is comin

<b>No document types have been activated for links</b>

can anyone guide me on this...

if i select

create link to existing DIR

error is

Document Management in SAP DMS TEST IPT00001 does not exist

when i check in R/3 DMS Test is present

any inputs

Yes,

Now im able to link R/3 DMS Obj under the tab Object Links

still error exist in Tab DMS in Cproject.

I have one more question,

when i open the obj link,

i get all information like status, CAD Integration indicator, Description, etc etc

<b>But is it possible to have the check in file visible and accessible in Cproject</b>

any inputs?

I want to add new object link like ESSR for service entry sheet and for contract ie VBAK.Please help.
