Solved: Cost Centre Hierarchy Search Help in SRM

Can someone please confirm if you can or can't display the in Cost Centre Hierarchy Search Help in SRM (KOSTH).

Currently when trying to use this search via the Portal it times out/fails.

It appears to also do the same when trying to add a cost centre to a Overtime request in HCM Portal.

We are implementing SRM 5.5 Add-On, the only note that we could find that is relevant was;

746788 - Back-end system search help for cost center

It seems that hierarchy search is not supported via the Portal.

Which SRM version are you using ? When this problem happens ?

Hi,

Did you already check OSS note 746788 - Back-end system search help for cost center ?

The cost center hierarchy is working fine through sapgui access. However, it is not working on the ITS side.
