Document flow was not updated.

Dear All,

Sales order was created and a delivery was done and cancelled.Document flow does not show delivery number. Order status shows completed. I have checked in copy controls update document flow was checked. how to find original delivery docuemnt number.

Hello,

To get original delivery document number Goto SE16 and enter VBFA. In this give your sales order number as preceeding document number and execute. You will get delivery number.

Also, ensure that you have checked the option of update documnet flow in VTLA at item level for your delivery document type.

Goto VTLA and select your delivery type and order type. Click "Item" in the "Dialog Structure". Ensure tick is present in "Control Data --> Update document flow".

hi,

in your copy control for the item level make sure the doc flow indicator is appropriately filled- update doc flow.
