R3Load Procedures

Hello All! We want BW 3.5 based on NW 2004 release 640 system copy for

WIN 32bit ---> HP-UX 11.0. Exists 2 method copy :

1) R3Load procedures

2) R3load Procedures using the Migration Monitor.

Please advise what better choose?

Hi Sergo,

As per my information we use a normal R3Load procedure while doing a Homogeneous copy whereas the migration monitor is used for Hetrogeneous System copy.

Kindly refer SAP Note 89188 - R/3 System copy and Note 784118 - System Copy Java Tools.
