Hi,
Considering the scenario, IDoc>XI>File.
I would be extracting Purchase Order details from R/3.
In case, when we have more than ONE quantity of the Line Item, I would like to create a separate record for it in the file generated. e.g., If there are 20 Dell laptops ordered, I would like to have 20 different records for Dell laptop in the XML file.
Sachin.
Sachin,
If you want as many records as Line Item then Map the line item directly to the Target records node!! Did u tried this..
Line Item [Remove Context]----> Record
If you give the target structure then it will be more easy to suggest.

Hi,
If you need to have target structure as many times as the line items appearing in source structure, this could be achieved through mapping.
Refer following links which explains one of such cases:

Probably you could get some insight from this one:

Hope these links would be helpful.

Hi Sachin,
its possible in Message Mapping if your target structure is capable of generating different records based on quantity.
Please let me know if there are any issues.
Thanks,
Jag
