May be my question is not in a correct way, we are planning to implement SRM all the modules ( self service, eSourcing and SUS ), is there any possibility to add procurement for public sector to SRM system.

I am not sure about your requirements. Can you please elaborate when you say procurement for public sector in SRM?

It is only supported in SRM 5.0 and will not be supported in SRM 6.0
