cProjects Personalization default value for drop down

Hello -

After upgrading to cProjects 4.0 SP10, it was thought that we could personalize the UI to default certain drop downs in cProjects to a default value other than what was first in the list. For instance, we would like to select the "Per Month" value in the Calculation Base drop down on the Roles Distribution Function instead of using the "Per Day".

Is this possible? If so, how?

Hello,

We found a solution to our issue.

To answer our need, we were able to default some drop-down lists (we didn't try the one mentionned in this thread) by implementing a customer enhancement in the corresponding webdynpros.

No, the answer that I received from SAP development was that regular input fields are the only things that you can set a default entry. For drop down lists, we had to create a custom Badi to change the default.
