Hi fiends,

Can you help me configure a automatic trigger of a support message, e.g. : opening messages every days in a same hour.

Dear Claudenir,

Creation of Support desk message automatically is possible via Business process monitoring where you can create an Support Desk message if an particular alert repeats n times.

Can you kindly explain your requirement in details if this does not suit you ?

I need automatic open without BPM.. a message that open periodicly (as job schedulle ..)

Hi Claudenir,

you can try the auto-reaction method Serv_Desk_Mess_on_Alert

or try using the function module DSWP_ALERTS_SLF_MSG_SUBMIT

directly.

I have been trying to create an automatic service desk notification from alerts in CCMS. Can you tell me how and what to configure through BPM or without BPM so that I can create automatic notifications to service desk. My CEN for CCMS is the Solution Manager box.
