Remove active-x control dependency

Hello All,

I have a webdynpro application with Interactive form. When I deploy the application, I got a cross mark(X) instead of the pdf form. After sometime I got a dialog box which prompts to install Active-X control. After I click the install button and the active-x gets installed, I am able to see the pdf form. Can you please let me know if there is any way in which we can avoid prompting the user for the installation. Can this be handled in the webdynpro / pdf. Also there are no buttons on this form. Its a read only form.

Hello,

this means your form is type xACF. You need to create a ZCI form, /* Zero client installation */ in order to remove xACF dependency.

Can you please tell me how do I chk if the form is of type xACF and also how can I create a ZCI form or convert the existing form to ZCI form.

Please specify, if it is a WebDynpro ABAP or WebDynpro Java application..
