Hi milind,

Did you go through the of this forum. It has good amount of information.

However you have to go through the Upgrade Guide from Service Market Place for details.

As for the efforts - it is not a simple summation. Depending on project functionalities and upgrade type (pure technical or functional also) the efforts will be varying. Typically customers do Upgrade like a mini (or full-blown) project with 2 to 6 months timeline.

The actual cutover however is managed over a weekend (or less).

You have not provided details of the upgrade like, Current Version to Target version (Release).

Your estimate will be base on it.
