RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: user is blocked

Hi,

I have a BPM scenario FILE --> RFC --> IDOC working in production system.

Usually it returns an error RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: user is blocked.

It can't be an user and password problem because this scenario works OK in most cases.

Thanks, in advance!

Hi Carme,

Check if the log on details are correctly given in the RFC communication channel. Also see the status of the channel in RWB.

Regards,

Prasanthi.

Hi, Prasanthi.

The the status of the channel RFC in RWB was not correct.

I restart the channel.

Now it seems work. It returns some error, because one mapping exception, not well controlled.

Thans.

to avoid this type of issues , allway creat a seprate RFC user dedicatedly for RFC calling ,which is not being used by any other user,

No locks appears in Administration of Locks and Cache.

I insist: this scenario sometimes goes ok and sometimes retuns this error.

So, what kind of lock must be the cause of this operating faults ?

Hi,

this might be because your native sql is blocked by some transition errors. So you can rectify this problem by creating enough disk space to write your patches and then try.

Hi,

Go to SU01 and check LOGON DATA.

Therin you can easily find whether user is locked or not.
