Instalment billing-URGENT

Hi Guru,

1-When I collapse the billing for the BSPP in VA02 and change the date to today's date to obtain authorization on the payoff amount, it is NOT authorizing. I've been changing the bill date after that to yesterday's date and it IS authorizing.

2-Order no:123456, 789123, 123456 All orders were past due but for some reason they all tried to auth a diffrent amount than what was due.

Hi

When the representative made the changes to the order to pay off the balance and he changed the final billing date in the billing plan to the current date, it did not attempt authorization. He had to actually change it to the prior day's date in order for it to attempt authorization, which should not have to be done.
