hi

it was asked in an interview.

there are 2 quotes for the same customer for diff products.

i want to create a single order with ref to 2 quotes.

means i need the 2 items in the same order.

whats the setting.

As said u can create a single sales order with refeence to many quotations.

first create a sales order with refernce to Ist quotation after copying the quotation follow the same with another quotation by referencing it

Hi,

This can be definitely done. You have created 2 quotations <b>'10'</b> & '<b>11'</b> in <b>VA21</b> t.code.

Now go to <b>VA01</b> - select the doc. type and org details and click on <b>create with reference</b>, here select the quotation no.<b>'10'</b> first and <b>copy it</b>. The quotation will get copied in the sales order. Now in the same sales order in the menu bar click on <b>"sales document"</b> and in this click on <b>"create with reference"</b>, here select the quotation no.<b> '11'</b> and click on <b>copy</b>. Now both the <b>quotations</b> have been copied in same sales order.

In the initial screen create order with reference to a quotation.

now everything is copied from one quotation.

now in the overview screen go to SALES DOCUMENT(TOP LEFT CORNER)- CREATE WITH REFERENCE and now select the second quotation it will get copied.
