I am trying to implement the RFC to SOAP scenario using this blog

Just for testing purpose, u can execute the RFC directly from se37.
But if u r actually using it in some realtime scenario, then usually a report is written to call the particular RFC

For my purposes se37 is sufficient but for knowledge purposes in which transaction do I write a report.
