Work item pending

Hi,

We are on SP10.

When receivin RFC message it is sent to BPM Here we have a 'BLOCK' that contains a branch with two possibilities.

When sending a test message for the first branch everything is ok.

When sending a test message for the second branch work item of 'block' step is keep pending in status 'ready'. The work item that should be created next should be "S/A Bridge: Response to Synchronous Request".

Actions already done :

Delete all work items in SWWL

Reimport the IP in the Directory.

Refresh all caches. (sxi_cache and Administration tool)

Test the mappings.

What else could be done?

Why is this work item still in status ready? Is it missing something?

Nothing has been changed in repository and directory before error occured...

Hello,

Problem has been resolved.

First reimported again process in integration directory to have status 0 in sxi_cache.

Then debugged the mapping and realized mapping with abap class was making a function call to another destination and this destination had changed its password in SM59.

Sometimes its not far away...
