Empty folder structure for deleted DCs in DTR ws

Hi

I have deleted some CAF DCs by following SAP note 864515. After deletion I can see the empty folder strustures are existing in the system without any content. I am not able to delete these empty folders from DTR. I tried to delete them from exlorer by openning the DTR ws as webfolder but it is giving me error. Is it possible to delete these folder structures? If I keep those empty folders in the DTR will these be transported to cons with the SC?

I think you can achieve this using DTR comand line client, I am not sure. Check out this link

What error do you get while deleteing the empty folders from the web folder?

I try to delete the folders from DTR shell but it is giving me error like

<b>Folder item is not mounted. Cannot check out file : For Delete.</b>

what does it mean not sure?

Hi Sudip,

I think if the local sync state for the client has got corrupted then you get this type of error. This is the case I have come across while doing some DTR operations via IDE. I don't know how it works with DTR shell...

Did you do any sync the sources before check out? If not you can try to sync and then try deleting the folder. Just check.
