Hi,
We are working on this issue already and appropriate actions will be taken at the earliest.
You can also report such incidents to sdn@sap.com.
Talking about the threads refered here:
These threads are simple questions for which the answers can easily be found by a simple search.
For example thread about :End User Manuals
I see four responses for this thread. All they have done is search on the web.
Instead, you guys could have asked the user to search for himself/herself or simply not respond to such threads.
Ofcourse, there are exceptions sometimes the information is difficult to find on web.
But none of these threads fall under that category.
There are several threads created by this user and there has been responses for all of them. What does that indicate?
Could we use a simple Judgement before spending our time and energy before responding to such threads?
I would request you guys to create more contents on Wiki so that people can find all the basic information there and we could use forums for problem solving where we need to use our core skills and not our ability to search on internet.
Thank you guys for support, it has been noticed that the email exchange and copyright material sharing incidents have reduced in this forum. It would not have been possible without your support.

Hi,
Many people are copying the replies of others to get points. This is not the best practice. People contribute with their best answers but giving points to only one person is not sporty.
Good job prashant.
Also the members should close the question once it is solved. Some people post the messages but then they do not check it again. Unnecessarily people keep on responding to such posts and no results.

Hi,
This is a professional forum. Many people are just copying the link from SAP help and pasting it here. that is not the way we need to address the issues. Let us provide some fruitful solutions rather than just copying a link and pasting....

Prase

hi Prasanth,
I do agree with u but as as long as it helps out people in solving the issues its not bad and by pasting the Sap Help Links dont always show the impression of losing Professionalism..
See if there is an issue it is always gud to learn abt the topic and try solving the problem, if ppl just blindly take up the solution of experts, at that point the person may solve his issue but at the same time he dose'nt realize the importance of knowledge to be gained on the related topic.. and sap help is a wonderful place to learn the subject, while a person is posting an issue he only concentrates on the issue but does'nt really try to concentrate at the root cause of issue, and the roots of the issue lies in the subject knowledge..
u can check in many of my posts i have refered to the sap help links.. the links can help ppl in learning the subject by reading the notes, apart from solving the issue..
I Am Not writing this because i have posted Links, but i just wanted to let u know that there's nothing wrong in giving info in the form of text or in the form of links, as long as it helps ppl in learning the subject, its ok if ppl feel that professionalism is lost but the bottom line is that, some links help someone in learning the subject..
i dont say giving links to the issue will only solve the problem at all times but, while refering to the links if u feel like there's need of learning the subject also for the issue, can refer to the sap help links, they contain gud information on the subject, and also they provide gud help in learning the business concepts in micro level..
Thanx... Naren...
