Hi,

When doing T-Code: VTLA. For version 4.7E, when we maintain copy control for deliveries items, there is no field called "business data requirement" for delivery item.

From version 4.6c downward, this field was available, why?

How we define same copying requiremet routines without that field?

thks

Jelna,

Let me understand your question first.

Are you looking for a requirement routine for Business data same as "Order requirements".

I haven't seen this field either in 4.7 or ECC 6.0 .

If your requirement is to validate some fields and based on that result you want to transfer the business data . My solution is to modify the data transfer routing for business data,. Just copy the routing '2' into a custom routine and do your validations in that routine.

Let me know if your requirement is some thing else.

Hi,

My task is to set up "split/combination" rule for delivery Item when copying from order to delivery.

Split occurs for every delivery item when any of the following fields varies: "currency", "payment term", "incoterm", "route", "plant" and "financial document".

Please guide me.

Sd,

What is your requirement ?

Is it to combine multiple orders into Deliveries ?

From orders--> Deliveries, If you want to force the split you can replace the standard routine 051 in the field Combination requirements in VTLA at header level.

Multiple orders are combined into one delivery if they have same

Shipping Point ( Derived from Plant and some other factors....)

Ship-to-party,

Inco-terms and

Sales organization.

Please let me know if you have any concerns.

Regards,

Ajai.
