Symbols inactive in Message Mappings (Repository)

Hi everyone,

when I open a message mapping in the repository, some of the symbols of the upper menu are inactive. For example 'Dependencies', 'Data flow editor', 'Clear Mapping', 'Map selected fields and substructures if names are identical' etc.

And of course I am in edit mode and have all necessary user rights.

I have PI 7.0 and Java version 1.6.0_02. I checked this in two different PI systems and other users don't have this problem. Is this a java version problem?

Any suggestions?

I think its the java version try installing 1.4.2 version and see if it solves the issue.

I got back to java 1.5.0_12 and now it is working again.

Yeah it is related to Java versions.

I think this problem is OS dependent, coz I've seen it happen with some systems and with some others everything was fine.

Java 1.5.x would be good though, I've never had this problem with it.

Guys, I've been also facing this problem since I installed java 1.6.

Try using Java version 1.4.2_X version it will function.
