How to start the cache instance for central adapter engine

in the integration directory. When we go for Environment -> cache notification. The cache notification for intergration server(central adapter engine) shows all red.

I guess the cache instance for the central adapter engine has not been started. Please let me know how to start the cache instances.

Hi -

Any indication (specific error messages) on what's causing the problem?

- Check your RWB->Component Monitoring and make sure you can see a good status for the Adapter Engine.

- Run a "Cache Connectivity Test" (on same page as above) for some clues.

- sometimes inconsistency in the SLD can cause this. if so, do a forum search for SLD consistency for some help.

i have run reopt and also refreshed cache in full mode.

you can click on the specific red mark in ID and restart it, also do the complete refersh from SXI_Cache....just repeate this......

can you check the RWB>Component monitoring>display-->Cache test, is all green here, i think CAE will be yellow......

yestreday i had same problem it got fixed by above method.......:-)

cache in full mode was done using the Link right?

Try to run SAI_CACHE_REFRESH in se38 and check if everything has come into green status...
