Delivery in process

Hello Gurus,

I am getting delivery in process in my document business flow although the other documents are completed. I tried it with 2 customers and i noticed that with one of those customers the delivery always occurs with status: delivery in process.

where could be the problem?

Whenever u open your delivery using VL02N and then check the socument flow the delivery will be shown as in process even though everything is completed, coz you are opening the delivery in change mode. So, check if you are opening the delivery using VL02N?

Maybe due to this it might be occuring
