Error-Customer is not defined for sales area....

Hi ..

At the time of creating sales order Im getting error as "this Customer is not defined for sales area...."

I have entered same sales area for sales order as I crated customer...

Its very urgent....Please Help...

Hi,

Check the customer for the sales area. XD03 enter the customer number and click on the Customer's sales area button. Then you can see the for which sales area this customer belongs to.

Maniantn it in IMG-SD-Sales Docs-Maintain Ref Dist Channel & division?

Hi,

Just recheck in XD02 if you have created customer with right combination of Sales Area. Do revert back if this is not the case.

Moreover also check that customer you are entering in Sold-to Party field is ceated with account group of Sold-to party.
