Hi,
If u want to see pricing conditions screen in billing then u need to go to Define Billing types (VOFA) and then in it there is a field document pricing procedure, give A there (If u are using A as document pricing procedure) and save. Then execute the transaction up to billing u can see conditions screens in billing items and Header.

hi,
The pricing for billing will be automatically determined becoz we are maintaining pricing in sales.
ie., Pricing procedure=sales orgdist channel divisiondocument pricing procedure(come from document type) cust pricing proc(comes from cust master)
This doc pricing procedure either it can sale doc type else billing doc type.
Normally the doc type will same for sale doc as well as for billing doc. Hence one pricing is configured in sales. But have a check in COPY CONTROL at item level in billing
