Backup gives warning errno 5: Access is denied

Dear support,

We are on 6.40 windows Oracle platform , recently our backups through DB13 started giving warning as below after 100 % of online backup completion and before starting redo logs backup.

set BR_TRACe to a high level and try again. you will get a much more detailed trace:

set BR_TRACE=15

Could you please tell me whether this variable require operating system restart or just set command will work.

check if you have the same error id called from OS level,

if not, you will need to adapt environment variables of use SAPserviceSID and SIDadm. Restart should not be needed. once your tests are completed, take that out as soon as possible.

I have given set BR_TRACE=15 at command prompt for user SIDADM ,

and now executed backup again ,

where should i get detaill trace logs in db12 backup logs ,

or some directory ??

Could you please let me know where to find detail logs generated out of trace.
