Document modification in AII?

Hi all,

I would like to modify a document in AII. Is it possible to do so? If so how is it done.

I do not find any provisions available in AII UI to modify the document contents .

Can it be done in AII UI or is there some other way?

For instance, consider a document which has observed ten items.Now if i would like to modify the document by deleting the last two observed items,how should i go about doing that? is there a way to do that in AII?

Help would be very well appreciated.

Document Manintainence is done at Tcode /ain/doc.

Also SAP allows to manage documents from Auto ID cockpit and mobile data entry UI.

However for your scenario of deleting two of the ten observed items from the document, I think there's isnt any standard configuration. You will have to custom develop it.

Hi Ashish,

i do find document maintenance in AII cockpit but it allows me to change the customer and ship to party only right?

What other contents can be modified/managed? or only this can be done.

Yes not much can be done here. You can assign the document to the device group and unassign it.

For your requirement you need to do custom development.
