Regarding out put

HI Guru's,

I have created new output type for one of my company codes and assigned to new smartform and maintained condition records ,access sequence,procedure and print requirements .But when i try to create by using ZGCR (THIS IS BILLING DOC.TYPE FOR CREATING CREDIT MEMO) ,output type is not coming by default.But when i enter the output type manually after creation of invoice ,its perfectly working.But the requirement is enduser do not want to enter it manually each and every time,once they use ZGCR billing type and creates invoice ,by default ZGCR output type has to pick .And i even assigned the output type to billing doc.type in VOFA .But still i am getting the following error.Pls help me out on this.

For output determination to happen automatically, U have to do configurationa as follow:

1. Assign the access sequence to output type using T Code NACE.

2. Maintain condition records for particular output type using NACE wrt billing

type.

hi,

try this,

1. While creating condi record in VV31---> in date column --->4: send imm(when application saves) after doing this

2.click <b>"communication"</b> ikon on tghe left top---> fill the details --->save

now try the output
