PIAFUSER Locked "Locked due to incorrect logons !"

Hi

We are facing following problems:

1. We are facing a problem with PIAFUSER. Our this user is getting locked again and again. In Tcode SU01showing reason that "Locked due to incorrect logons !".

2. Another problem we have in communiocation monitoring our communication channel i.e. a sender comm. channel and using file adapter is in<b> Red</b> status.

Error description is as follows:

<b>2007-09-20 09:49:09 Error Returning to application. Exception: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException: SLDAccess set to true, but not available.

2007-09-20 09:49:10 Error Attempt to process file failed with com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException: SLDAccess set to true, but not available.</b>

3. And adapter monitoring all adpters are in except JPR adapter are in <b>Gray</b> color.

And JPR adapter is in <b>Yellow</b> color. And in description of JPR adapter everything is Green color except Messaging system. In description of messaging system it is showing following text:

<b>Messaging System Connection name = JPR

Time out = 5000000 msec

IS URL =

IS client = </b>

What could be reasons of these errors?

note that a change of service user password is of multiple consequences. ref note 721548, before you change the password.

Hi Sami,

After correcting the password, then the changed password is required to be maintained in the Exchange profile and visual admin.

Go to Exchange profile -->Adapter Frame work and in the Visual Administrator >Cluster>server-->services-SAP XI AFCPACache.

<b>com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException: SLDAccess set to true, but not available.</b>

Check in the tcode SLDCHECK..?? If it is giving error has SLDAccess set to true but not availbale then go to ur SLD --> Business systems and check if your XI business system has correct "Pipeline URL" as http://server:httpport/sap/xi/engine?type=entry.

And then check in SLDCHECK tcode then it shud solve ur problem.
