WGate AGate communication failed !

Hi,

I am using ITS was ESS. It was working fine till sometime back.

Now it is givin a page cannot be displayed for screens using IACs or miniApps....

IACOR,ITS services are running! AGate also seems to be running.

But in the browser it showing communication failed..

Its failing somewhere between the WGate and AGate.

I have included the error stack trace..

Either AGate is down or the network between WGate and AGate is down.

check the AGate traces and logs.

my guess is that the AGate is down during that time, but since the timestamps of your WGate and AGate traces don't match, it is hard to say.

Anyways the MManager trace shows:

E AGate (0) aborted. Trying to restart.

What really concerns me though is your ITS version

(Version 6100.1021.53.153-610.530153)

That version is over 2 years old and out of support.

The crashes might be about wrong memory settings and going over Window's 2GB memory limit per process. But if not then you won't get a fix for this version anymore.

Better start planning an upgrade to ITS 6.20 Patch 18 or 19.
