Hi Alexander,

That sound to me like <sid>adm our whatever the user you are using for the installation doesn't have enought rights to write into the required location

Check the logs for more detailed information

Hi,

the users have all rights, they need. (unlimited) The rights of the filesystems are also ok. But I found an error-message some pages above the other one. Maybe is here the Solution for my problem:

Hi Alexander,

Are you running the install as root user? Please check the documentation as I remember that the install has to be run as root user else you will get such errors.

Hello,

I have the Solution.

We had mounted /usr/sap/trans from the Testsystem. This mount was read only.

Alexander,

Do you have enough hard drive space? Sometimes the sapdata directories are sized too small and you will get an error like this.

Can you provide details on which step of the installation you are getting this error?

Thanks,

Hello,

there is enough free drivespace in the sapdata´s (21 GB free) and the Tablespaces are filled with max. 80%.

The step of installation is Phase "Run ABAP Reports" (29 of 46)

The Installation want´s to run the Report RADDBDIF. In these Phase i can´t connect to the System with DDIC or sap*.

Alexander
