Hi experts,
I am working with XI with several adapters (SOAP, RFC, FTP) between SAP systems and third parties.
I would like to install SSL in order to enhance the use of HTTPS and FTPS in our communications.
Could you please be so kind as to guide me through some steps for setting this up?
I am responsible of XI and R3 systems and i know that i will have to install something in the JAVA side of XI BUT do i have to do something in the R3 systems??
Hope you can help me on this.
Best regards,
David

David, you would have to deploy the SAP cryptographic toolkit which can be downloaded from Service Marketplace, you would also have to configure Web AS ABAP to accept logon tickets from the Java engine. In case you haven't seen this <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/e0/48e13a1522a441e10000000a11405a/frameset.htm">How Do I Configure SSL?</a>
