Hello,

SAP standard process is 999 line items limited in material document. Why is it so? Is there ne way to increase this limitation.

You can not increase this with standard processing. However, you can consolidated line items or split material document if you get such requirement.

Let me know how to consolidate the line items in material document. Is there transaction code through which line items can be consolidate the line items. In such case what is the max limit of consolidated line items in material document?

<b>999</b> number of lines items in real times business senerio is highely impossible, thts the reason y it is limited to that number. and more over if all the line items are also taken just imagine the kind of burden on the server.. so keeping in mind of real time business process sap is customized..
