Fetch address number & personal number USR21 table, using the BNAME as user login ID,
then fetch telephone number from ADR2.
u can check ADR2 , ADR3 ..... ADR6 tables these store the various data

You might try out ADRP table also. Read the PERNR (PERSNUMBER) field from the USR21 table, using the BNAME like the login name.
