Why upgrade our SAP Landscape to SQL server 2005?

Hi All

I have been asked to provide an answer the question above and I am wondering if there is an SAP document which gives the details of why?

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction that would be great.

My first idea would be : if you don't know why, it means that you don't need it !

Ok, badly phrased!

I know why, however I am looking for me SAP reasons - performance, DB management Etc.
